What you'll bring:
- Experience supporting children with ASC and/or moderate learning difficulties
- Confident use of visual timetables, sensory tools, and communication aids
- A warm, consistent approach and strong teamwork
Bonus skills:
- Team Teach or equivalent behaviour support training
- Familiarity with PECS, Makaton, or AAC
- Understanding of safeguarding in specialist settings
Essentials:
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
