Summary
In this role, you will; support the Transformation Team to successfully manage the Technology Enabled Care (TEC) Service Contract and to ensure that the Council’s online Directory of Services is well maintained and accurate. The postholder will be required to provide basic annual leave and sickness cover for the Service Development, Service Development Support Officer.
Required to carry out a range of more complex activities working within existing procedures and routines with limited supervision and some periods of lone working. Roles at this level will require a broad knowledge and understanding of the work processes in the specific area of work . The post holder will resolve routine basic technical and process problems and queries, escalating the more complex to others.

Technology Enabled Care (TEC):
• Review and reconcile TEC invoices to ensure accuracy, challenge discrepancies, and ensure the council is charged correctly.
• Support contract management by monitoring service credits and ensuring compliance.
• Use TEC data to produce insightful business intelligence reports on monitored users and TEC usage.
• Ensure individuals are charged correctly for TEC services, auditing for accuracy and addressing discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Liberata to improve payment compliance and reduce bad debt.
• Manage free initiatives to ensure appropriate charging practices.
• Follow up on TEC outcomes to ensure services are meeting individuals' needs and intended goals.
• Support the Transformation Team in reviewing and refining TEC data for benefits realisation reports and aligning data with Council Power BI systems.
Information and Advice:
• Lead the delivery of the Information and Advice Action Plan. Manage and maintain up-to-date content on the Council’s Directory of Services through a rolling update program.
• Engage with stakeholders and community members to ensure the directory remains relevant and impactful.
• Promote the directory and maximise its utilisation by organisations and the wider public.
• Support non-digital information and advice opportunities via community hubs like libraries.
Independent Living Centre: You will be required to provide annual leave or sickness cover for the Service Development Support Officer who oversees the daily running of the Independent Living Centre (ILC) and Ageing Well Hubs. See attached information.
Valid driving licence and own transport, or be able to provide alternative, suitable method of travel is an essential condition for this role.
Work Style

Mobile/Field Worker – with the exception of cover for the ILC
• 0-1 day in the office
• Includes field workers who primarily work remotely.
• Comes into the office for meetings or focused work. Virtual connections with the team are essential, with portable technology supporting work on the go.

You will need to be confident in working with stakeholders to address concerns, develop services, and deliver impactful results, whilst having the ability to work autonomously while managing competing priorities. You will also display excellent communication and organisational skills, contributing to exceptional service delivery and engagement.
