Counter Fraud Compliance and Debt’s (CFCD) aim is to drive down the level of fraud, error and debt within the benefit system, to protect the public purse.

Your work as a Transcription Team Leader will involve different aspects subject to changing business priorities, therefore we need people who are very adaptable and flexible. The job will include a range of duties including, but not restricted to, the following:   

  • Responsibility for a team of Brook Street Temporary AO typists who will be responsible for transcribing Interviews Under Caution recordings.
  • Responsible for allocating work and ensuring challenging timescales are met
  • Responsible for monitoring staff attendance times and ensuring timecards are submitted via relevant system to ensure colleagues are paid appropriately
  • Manage attendance in line with Brook Street Employment Policy (note relevant guidance and support will be available).
  • Where and when appropriate, ensure performance and quality of work being produced
  • Work collaboratively with Brook Street and CFCD key stakeholders.
