As a Restaurant Team Leader at the popular iasg restaurant, we will support you to:

As our Restaurant Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in making iasg an outstanding place to dine and work! Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the F&B Manager in the day-to-day running of the restaurant
- Leading and motivating the team — coaching and mentoring to help them shine in their roles
- Delivering unforgettable guest experiences, and stepping in to handle service recoveries when needed
- Training and onboarding new team members, setting them up for success
- Occasionally supporting the bar team, so experience in a bar environment is a plus!
We’re looking for someone who…
- Has previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager in a fast-paced restaurant setting
- Brings a deep passion for food, drink, and genuine hospitality
- Has a flexible schedule — available for a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends (40 hours/week)
- Enjoys mentoring others and has a proven track record of supporting team development
- Is driven, proactive, and focused on creating exceptional results
- Radiates warmth and authenticity, with a natural “can-do” attitude
