Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with the skills and resilience to support high-level behavioural needs? We are working with a fantastic primary school in Carmarthen seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to work one-to-one with a Reception pupil who requires consistent and positive behaviour support. This post has the potential to be very long-term for the right person, offering security and the chance to build a lasting impact.

The ideal candidate will:
• Have proven experience as a Teaching Assistant managing challenging behaviour in early years or primary settings
• Use calm, consistent, and positive behaviour strategies
• Demonstrate patience, flexibility, and excellent communication skills with staff, parents, and the pupil
• Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
