Are you a strategic and emotionally intelligent Project Manager ready to drive meaningful change for children and young people? The London Borough of Tower Hamlets is seeking a dynamic individual to lead transformation projects across Health, Social Care, and Education.
Key Focus Areas:
Mental Health & Emotional Wellbeing: Improve access, early intervention, and integrated support.
SEND (Special Educational Needs & Disabilities): Enhance multi-agency pathways and provision.
Treatment & System Pathway Development: Design streamlined, person-centred care models.
What You’ll Do:
Lead cross-sector transformation initiatives within the Children’s Integrated Commissioning Service.
Collaborate with stakeholders across health, education, and social care.
Deliver outcomes that improve lives and reduce inequalities.
What You’ll Bring:
Proven experience managing complex, multi-agency projects.
Strong understanding of children’s services, commissioning, and integrated care systems.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
