We’re looking for a passionate and driven Community Manager to join our Blackburn team, supporting adults with learning disabilities to live independent, fulfilling, and meaningful lives.
About the Role
As Community Manager, you will:
Lead, inspire and motivate a dedicated team of support staff.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care in line with CQC standards.
Build strong relationships with families, professionals, and the wider community.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement across the service.
Support, train and develop staff to achieve their full potential.
About You
We’d love to hear from you if you:
Have proven leadership/management experience in social care (learning disabilities experience ideal).
Hold (or are working towards) NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or equivalent).
Are passionate about empowering people and promoting independence.
Can demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
