Summary
Darlington Borough Council are looking to recruit for a Customer Services Advisor (17.5 hours per week).
Have you got what it takes, to act as a customer advocate, providing excellent service to all customers and visitors contacting the Council.
Do you want to be a part of friendly, highly motivated team, providing advice to customers, resolving as many enquires as possible at the first point of contact, in line with releveant Legislation and Councils Policies.
Are you passionete aboutandnbsp; promoting encouraging and influencing others on the uptake of the Councils digiatal services.andnbsp;
