Salary: Band 3 – FTE £37,035 - £40,474 (Actual £33,595.02 - £36,714.59)
Contract: Full-time, permanent contract, 37.5 hours per week, 41 weeks per year
Start date: As soon as possible
Fir Vale Academy is a large 11- 16 mixed secondary academy located in the North of Sheffield. We are excited to be part of United Learning Trust, one of the country's leading education groups. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Behaviour Manager to lead our Internal Exclusion Unit (IEU) and Reflection Room (RR), while supporting behaviour and attitudes across the whole Academy. This is a key role for someone who is passionate about inclusion, student wellbeing, and creating a positive Academy culture.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the IEU and RR, including staffing, timetables, and monitoring student attendance. Using behaviour data to inform your practice, you will work closely with Year Teams, senior leaders, and support services to coordinate effective interventions and promote student progress.
