We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will attract candidates, match them to temporary or permanent positions, and build strong client relationships to fully understand their recruitment needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing applicants through social media, job sites, and our database

  
  

• Pre-screening candidates over the phone

  
  

• Booking interviews and interviewing candidates

  
  

• Conducting reference checks

  
  

• Providing general admin support for the team

  
  

• Dealing with clients on a daily basis

  
  

• Supporting recruitment and administrative processes as required

  
  Requirements:

  • Previous experience in recruitment/resourcing

    
    

  • Living within the Pontefract area

    
    

  • Own transport (driving licence required)

    
    

  • Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment

    
    

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

    
    

  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service

    
    

  • MS Office experience
