We are now looking for a proactive Service Co-ordinator to join our team and play a key role in ensuring exceptional service delivery through our Helpdesk function.

Job Description

As a Service Co-ordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, managing calls and emails, logging requests accurately, and ensuring contractual and operational requirements are met. You’ll support the account delivery team while building strong working relationships with both clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for client calls and emails, logging and processing requests in a timely and accurate manner.

Identify appropriate solutions or escalate issues when required.

Maintain and update facilities management systems (e.g. Maximo) and associated records.

Deliver professional, customer-focused helpdesk support and administration.

Assist the account delivery team with administrative tasks.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

Ensure compliance with company processes, procedures, and contractual obligations.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

We’re looking for someone with strong organisational skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Essential skills and experience:​

Previous experience in a customer service, contact centre, or administrative role.

Confident in handling calls and managing multiple requests.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

A collaborative team player with the ability to support others and contribute to shared goals.
