About the Role

Are you passionate about vocational education and lifelong learning? Join our dedicated team at Hyfforddiant Ceredigion Training as a Training Advisor- Multi-skilled, where you’ll design and deliver high quality training programmes across a range of vocational areas including Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing and Motor Vehicle.

You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of learners through Schools, Traineeships, and Apprenticeships, ensuring inclusive, engaging and industry-relevant learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, develop, and deliver vocational training programmes
- Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback
- Prepare and update course materials and resources
- Support learners through induction, guidance, and enrichment activities
- Liaise with employers, schools, and external agencies
- Promote safeguarding and uphold health & safety standards
- Participate in marketing, open days, and learner recruitment
- Maintain accurate records and comply with quality assurance processes
