Summary

The Governing Body of Aberaeron Comprehensive School is seeking to appoint a lettings caretaker who will work semi-independently to ensure the safety, security and maintenance of the School buildings and outdoor areas, including playing fields.

There will also be occasions when the Site Manager may request the Caretaker to assist in low level maintenance tasks.

The right candidate will, ideally, live locally and be able to work flexible hours.
