Are you looking for a role where you can make a real difference - and be part of something truly meaningful?

We're looking for caring, fun, and positive individuals to join our team in Shrewsbury. Whether you're seeking part-time or full-time hours, we'll work with you to find a pattern that fits your life. You'll be supporting adults with learning disabilities across a variety of settings - from independent living to shared homes - helping them live life their way.

What Will You Be Doing?

No two days are the same, but you might find yourself:

- Supporting people to enjoy their favourite activities - from shopping, swimming, and cinema trips to bowling, dancing, and football matches

- Helping with daily routines like cooking, cleaning, gardening, and budgeting

- Encouraging healthy choices and independence

- Providing emotional support, companionship, and a listening ear

- Supporting with medication and occasional personal care prompts

- Building strong relationships and helping people stay connected with family and friends

Who Will You Be Supporting?

You'll be working with individuals aged 25-60, each with their own unique personality, interests, and routines. Some are outgoing and adventurous, while others enjoy quieter moments and creative hobbies. What they all have in common is a desire to live life to the fullest - and they need someone like you to help make that happen.

What Makes This Role Special?

You won't just be supporting people - you'll be championing independence, celebrating individuality, and creating meaningful moments. The impact you make will last long after your shift ends.

What We're Looking For

Experience isn't always necessary. If you have:

- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn

- Great communication skills and a sense of humour

- A values-driven approach to care

- The ability to work flexibly and as part of a team

- A full UK driving licence (manual or automatic)

…then you're likely to be a great fit.
