Summary
Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor - Facades & Cladding
We are working with a growing facades contractor who are looking to add either an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or a Quantity Surveyor to their commercial team as they prepare for a strong pipeline of projects starting next year.
The Role
- Based out of their Bromley office with travel to sites across London (projects include Wembley, Chelsea and Harrow).
- Working on a variety of facade and cladding schemes.
- Supporting the commercial function across pre- and post-contract stages.
- Reporting into an experienced Commercial Manager who will provide guidance and progression.
What They're Looking For
- Previous experience within facades or cladding is highly desirable.
- Background with Tier 1 contractors would be beneficial but not essential.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Someone motivated and keen to progress with a growing business.
