Based within the Alternative Provision centre at The Castle Rock School, part of the Lionheart Educational Trust
Responsible to: Head of the Pioneers Centre
Salary: Main Pay Scale/Upper Pay Range plus TLR as appropriate
Hours: Full Time
JOB PUPOSE:
• To implement and deliver an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated
curriculum for students and to support a designated curriculum area as appropriate.
• To facilitate and encourage a learning experience which provides students with the
opportunity to achieve their individual potential.
• To contribute to raising standards of student attainment.
• To share and support the college’s responsibility to provide and monitor opportunities for
personal and academic growth.
This is an exciting opportunity for motivated colleagues to join our Pioneers Team, working with students to ensure they achieve their full potential.
The Pioneers’ Centre is an Alternative Provision that is part of the Lionheart Educational Trust. This provision supports students with multiple needs and so this role is vital to help students achieve and thrive.
