Summary

Quality Data Monitoring Officer

Location – Beccles, Suffolk

Contract and Hours – Fixed Term for 12 months, 37.5 hrs a week, Monday to Friday, Office based.

Home Support Matters are looking for a Quality Data Monitoring Officer to champion service excellence by acting as the link between internal and external reporting.

The Role at a Glance

The role of the Quality Data Monitoring Officer is to ensure reports/communications received from the external teams are collated, monitored, and actioned. The post sits within the quality team and acts as the link between internal and external reporting. The role involves utilisation of data bases and Excel spreadsheets.

This role holds on-call duties (one 8hr shift per 2-weeks), which attract additional regular payments to salary.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor daily the Office/Early Warning Screening messages and notifications sent through electronically from external field colleagues. Actioning these in a timely manner. Assigning tasks to relevant operational and quality colleagues to further action. Monitoring the completion of these tasks

Escalate concerns should risks be identified to relevant operational and quality colleagues to investigate further ensuring the safety of customers and employees.

Work alongside operational and quality colleagues identifying, reporting, and acting upon quality concerns and issues.

Monitor Hospital admissions and Discharge Submissions ensure these are assigned to the relevant operational and quality colleagues

Monitor, collate, present and feedback quantitative and qualitive data to identify key findings.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in data monitoring, compliance, or customer care within the health or social care sector
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
