What you need to know
Hours: 35 per week.
Contract type: Fixed Term until 31/10/2027
Location: Our head office in Albion Street has great links to public transport and parking nearby.
What you’ll do
As a finance admin assistant, you’ll be a part of a new team, reporting to the finance project lead. You’ll play an essential role in assisting with the delivery of several finance projects, some of which are listed below
- ERP Project – Implementation of new finance/payroll system
- PCI Compliance
- Retail system upgrade
Your work will make a visible and lasting difference. This will be working behind the scenes to make it all happen

- Working knowledge of financial ledger systems
- Competent in developing and maintaining complex spreadsheets and project plans
- Ability to interpret legislative requirements and apply technical issues.
- Established negotiating skills to influence and challenge to budget holders
- Ability to work flexibly to meet tight deadlines and deal with conflicting priorities
