Location: Tebay, Cumbria - travel to the office required, with remote working availableContract: Permanent, Full-time, 40 hours per weekSalary: £70,000 - £80,000 + £6.7k annual car allowance + private healthcare + benefitsPlease note: we are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship for this position.
Responsibilities
As Project Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the senior leadership team with buildability, programme planning, phasing, and forecasting, while overseeing early site works to move the project from design into delivery over the next year. Following this phase, you'll transition to part of a collaborative team in leading the delivery of the M6 Lune Gorge major project starting in 2027.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:• Delivering the project safely, on time, within budget, and to high standards of customer satisfaction• Managing project-related incidents and carrying out regular inspections• Maintaining records related to the construction process for administration purposes• Ensuring all works meet specification, quality standards, and maintaining quality inspection records in line with the quality plan• Attending regular meetings to report progress, address variations, and ensure clear communication across teams
