Pullar House, Perth
You will assist the Senior Estates Surveyor in the provision of an effective and efficient property management service for both leased and vacant land and buildings.
An integral part of this role will include the development of serviced land and buildings for Employment purposed around Perth and Kinross to promote the Council’s Economic Development initiatives.
The role will involve assisting with the Annual Statutory Asset Valuations, handling leasehold transactions including rent reviews, lease renewals and lettings together with undertaking valuations and any other general estates surveying work. The role will also involve the acquisition and disposal of property.

Skills & Experience Required
It is a desired requirement to be a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and be a RICS Registered Valuer. Other equivalent qualifications and experience would be considered.
It would be advantageous to have a good knowledge aligned with relevant work experience in Property Management.
Experience in using Property Management software would also be beneficial.
You must possess good written and oral communication skills, be able to work on your own initiative, take direction and work as part of a team.
The ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and get on with people at all levels is essential.
You must have a valid driving licence as this post requires you to travel to a variety of locations across Perth and Kinross.
