Summary

We're looking for a Procurement Coordinator to join our Procurement Shared Service Centre team based in Rushden.



Location: Rushden - hybrid working available, with 1-2 days per week required in the office

Hours: 37.5 hours per week - typically 8:00am-4:30pm with 1 hour for lunch - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.



What will you be responsible for?

As a Procurement Coordinator, you'll be working within the Procurement Shared Service Centre team, supporting them in delivering a quality procurement service to Kier stakeholders and acting as the first point of contact for procurement enquiries.

Your day to day will include:

-Managing ticket requests and triaging to appropriate teams

-Supporting buying teams with purchase orders and purchasing card queries

-Coordinating utility connections/disconnections and supplier portal activities

-Assisting stakeholders with procurement queries and system guidance

-Supporting supplier engagement, training, and site visits
