Summary
About You: You will be an experienced and inspirational leader with a proven track record in service improvement and transformation within a healthcare setting, ideally within dermatology. You will possess: Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse teams. A strong understanding of NHS targets, performance frameworks, and recovery methodologies. Experience in implementing best practice guidelines and driving innovative solutions in clinical pathways. The ability to navigate complex challenges, role model resilience, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. A commitment to patient safety, quality of care, and reducing health inequalities. The ability and willingness to travel between Brighton General Hospital, the Royal Sussex County Hospital, and other UHSx sites as required. Why Join Us?
