We're hiring Food Production Operatives to support our client’s busy operation in Scunthorpe. This is a fantastic opportunity if you’re looking for a stable, long-term position in a fast-paced food production environment. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring products are packed accurately, safely, and to the highest quality standards, helping the team meet daily production targets and maintain an efficient production process.

Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months experience working in a food production role
- Ability to lift up to 25kg
- Complete Food Safety Level 2 and Allergens certificates
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
- Great attention to detail, ensuring produce meets the highest standards
- Excellent numeracy skills
- Commitment to food safety and hygiene
Responsibilities:
- Retrieve products from the machine and accurately pack them into 10kg bags.
- Securely seal the bags and stack them on pallets in line with stacking guidelines.
- Perform visual inspections on products and bags to verify quality and safety standards.
- Work efficiently to achieve daily production targets and deadlines.
- Keep the packing area clean and maintain high hygiene standards.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
