Salary: £13.68 per hour (inclusive of £1.47 holiday pay)
Shifts: 7am – Finish | Full-time | Temp to Perm opportunity

About the role
We're hiring Food Production Operatives to support our client’s busy operation in Scunthorpe. This is a fantastic opportunity if you’re looking for a stable, long-term position in a fast-paced food production environment. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring products are prepared, packed, and dispatched to the highest quality standards, helping the production line run smoothly and efficiently.
**Please note: You must be able to drive to the venue. Free parking is available.

Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months experience working in a food production/ packing role
- Ability to lift up to 25kg
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
- Great attention to detail, ensuring produce meets the highest standards
- Excellent numeracy skills
- Commitment to food safety and hygiene.
Responsibilities:
- Correctly pack products into trays or retail packs and place them into boxes as per production schedules
- Inspect packaging for accurate labelling, correct weight, secure seals, and overall product quality
- Safely stack packed boxes onto pallets for dispatch
- Work efficiently to achieve daily targets and meet production deadlines
- Keep the packing area clean and maintain hygiene standards
- Adhere to all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
