Summary
We are seeking a motivated and organised Administrative Assistant to join our client in Worthing. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who is keen to build a career in the sector.
Role Details:
- Location: Worthing
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (flexibility available)
- Salary: National Living Wage
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including document preparation and file management.
- Answer calls and handle client enquiries in a professional manner
- Manage correspondence, emails, and record-keeping
- Assist with scheduling meetings and maintaining case files
- Ensure all tasks are carried out with accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail
What We're Looking For:
- Previous administrative experience is essential
- Legal experience is desirable but not required - full training will be provided
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general IT systems
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
