Location: Dunstable
Salary: £50,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 7am to 3.30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Building a strong working relationship with the client
- Managing the catering contract
- Meeting the client’s needs as well as your financial targets
- Leading your F&B team and setting standards
- Liaising with the client
- Monitoring the quality of the food and service
- Recruiting and training staff – depending on the type of contract
About the role:
- We are looking for an experienced General Manager or Group General Manager to manage a team of 12 across 2 sites with 3 outlets (2 restaurants and 1 coffee shop) on one campus
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Must have contract catering experience of large or multi sites
- Must be agile , innovative and forward thinking
- Passionate about fresh food
