You will work within our DWP Digital Business Service Practice. Our Practice is focused on delivering critical IT services for DWP and its customers.

As an apprentice Digital Business Planning & Performance Manager you will be undertaking the following duties alongside your Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.
- Will support other team members with data gathering and maintaining information such as action logs, risk logs etc.,
- Provide secretarial support to the team.
- Gather and circulate performance metrics on behalf of your team.
- Store and maintain version control of documents into SharePoint.
- Support DWP Digital Business Planning process by carrying out research against deliverables/objectives.
You will have plenty of opportunities for further career and personal development and will dedicate 6 hours per working week working towards their apprenticeship.
The Digital Business Performance & Planning Manager contributes to the delivery of the departments Digital Strategy and business plans across business functions.
The team is responsible for ensuring effective management of risk, group level finance, workforce planning, business planning, audit, compliance and business performance.
The Business Performance and Planning team lead the business management function and capability to drive digital performance.
About the Apprenticeship.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain a Level 3 apprenticeship in Business Administration.
To be eligible to apply for the apprenticeship you need to meet the following criteria:
• Must have lived in the UK and/or EU for 3 years prior to apprenticeship start date.
• Not be undertaking another apprenticeship at the same time.
The successful candidate will be enrolled onto a Level 3 apprenticeship in Business Administration. At the enrolment state, the individual's eligibility will be checked by the training provider. Candidates need to make sure they do not have pre-existing qualifications at the same or higher level in a similar subject as the apprenticeship.
