* Lead and motivate our team of Community Experience Assistants
* Ensure smooth operations across performances, events, and daily activities
* Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold our values of accessibility and inclusion
* Collaborate across departments to support a wide range of artistic and community programmes

* Has experience in customer service or front-of-house leadership
