Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
Good standard of education (minimum GCSE Grade C/4 orabove in English and Maths or equivalent)
Further education qualifications (e.g., A-levels, NVQ Level 3, orequivalent)
Experience working with young people in an educational orsimilar setting
Experience managing groups or classes of children or youngpeople
Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to follow school policies and procedures
Ability to use ICT to support learning and for administrativepurposes
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
