What skills and experience we're looking for
Hawkley Hall High School is seeking to appoint a highly organised and proactive Administrator to support out Exams and Curriculum team during a period of maternity leave. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive school environment where staff development and collaboration are key.
About the Role
You will play a pivotal role in managing student data, timetables, and examination processes. The successful candidate will be confident using MIS systems, have excellent attention to detail, and be able to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities• Maintain and update student timetables and class allocations
• Support student enrolment, transitions, and academic year setup
• Manage internal and external examinations in line with JCQ regulations
• Generate reports and maintain data accuracy
• Supervise and train exam invigilators
What We're Looking For
• Experience in school administration, ideally with exam and timetable responsibilities.
• Proficiency in using MIS systems (preferably Arbor) and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people.
