Sales Account Manager

With continuous growth through both new client wins and acquisitions, the Account Management team is expanding. This role offers the chance to work within a high-performing division where you’ll provide exceptional service to customers while also driving renewals and cross-selling a full suite of solutions.
The successful candidate will be an expert in hosted telephony and connectivity, with the confidence to cross-sell additional services such as IT support, mobiles, utilities, and security — helping clients consolidate key business services under one provider.
What you’ll be doing
Grow and develop existing customer accounts through proactive daily contact and on-site reviews.
Cross-sell and introduce additional services through bundled and multi-service offerings.
Retain customers by building strong, long-lasting relationships.
Act as the main point of contact for account queries, supported by specialist internal teams.
Maintain accurate client and service data in the CRM system to track and identify opportunities.
Manage pipeline development and opportunity tracking.
Keep customers informed about installations, upgrades, and ongoing projects.
Required skills & experience
Proven experience in telecommunications and/or IT solution sales.
Strong background in managing and retaining accounts, with the ability to increase profitability through cross-selling.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Self-motivated, hardworking, and target-driven.
Confident engaging with customers both over the phone and face-to-face.
High energy, proactive, and resilient, with a consistent record of achieving or exceeding targets.
