Summary
ACCOUNT MANAGER
Salary: £55,000 per annum
Working Hours: Permanent, Full Time, 40 hours per week (Mon - Fri)
Location: Based out of Royal Wootton Bassett Academy, SN4 7HG with travel to Malmesbury and Abbeyfield Schools.
G4S Facilities Management is looking for a proactive and driven Account Manager to take full ownership of the North Wiltshire Schools PFI contract, with a value of circa £5 million. where you'll have full P&L responsibility and the authority to shape the future of our service delivery.
Covering 3 schools, you will be the face of our service, managing relationships with clients and leading a dedicated operational team. Your day-to-day will be dynamic, from overseeing essential services like Cleaning, Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) systems, Premises Management, Catering, and Full Lifecycle replacement, to ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance. This role is a perfect fit for a leader who thrives on both strategic thinking and hands-on operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Financial Leadership: Own the P&L for a £5 million contract
Operational Excellence: Ensure the delivery of safe, effective facilities management across three schools, with a firm commitment to zero harm.
Performance Management: Drive and deliver on-time performance, producing detailed reports and leading monthly client and internal reviews.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative "one-team" culture.
Essential
Demonstrated experience managing multiple regional contracts.
Proficiency in statutory compliance management, as well as CAFM and PPM planning.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a talent for negotiation and customer service.
An IOSH Managing Safely certification is essential.
Experience in a PFI/PPP environment and professional qualifications (BIFM, IWFM, Lean Six Sigma) are a bonus.
