Summary
Are you a newly qualified solicitor or have up to 2 years of post-qualification experience in commercial property law? My client is a household name in the legal profession and they have an exciting opportunity for a driven and detail-oriented individual to join their dynamic Real Estate team.
About the Role
You will be involved in a broad range of commercial property matters, including:
- Disposals and acquisitions of commercial property
- Acting for lenders in secured lending transactions
- Advising on landlord and tenant matters, including lease negotiations and renewals
- Supporting clients in the licensed and leisure industry, with opportunities to develop expertise in this specialist area
This role offers exposure to high-quality work and the chance to build strong client relationships across a variety of sectors.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position is:
- A qualified solicitor (NQ to 2 years PQE) with experience or a strong interest in commercial property
- Commercially aware, with excellent communication and client care skills
- Proactive, organised, and able to manage a varied caseload with supervision and support
- Keen to develop professionally within a collaborative and forward-thinking team
