Long Term Futures are looking for a confident and resilient Behaviour Mentor to work with pupils who require additional support with their behaviour and social development. You will work closely with the SENCo, teachers, and pastoral team to provide targeted interventions, manage challenging behaviour, and help pupils re-engage positively with their learning. Day-to-day, you will be supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups, modelling positive behaviour strategies, de-escalating incidents, and creating a safe, structured environment where pupils can succeed.

This inclusive school in Haringey is committed to supporting pupils with additional social, emotional and behavioural needs.
