Summary
Magisters Education are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join a supportive specialist provision in Launceston. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people with special educational needs.
The Role

Support pupils with a range of additional needs in both group and 1:1 settings.

Work closely with teachers and other staff to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.

Help promote independence, emotional regulation, and confidence in students.

Requirements
✅ Full-time availability
✅ Must hold a valid driving licence and be able to drive daily
✅ Ready to start work from Monday (training week)
✅ Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEN (desirable but not essential)
✅ Resilient, patient, and passionate about supporting young people
