Are you passionate about community safety and ready to make a real impact? Tower Hamlets is seeking a proactive and emotionally intelligent ASB Officer to join our Housing and Regeneration team. This office-based role is ideal for someone who thrives on resolving complex tenancy issues and supporting vulnerable residents.
What You’ll Be Doing
Investigating and resolving anti-social behaviour cases across council estates
Collaborating with police, enforcement teams, and safeguarding services
Preparing high-quality legal documentation, including court bundles and witness statements
Leading multi-agency meetings and contributing to community safety initiatives
Supporting victims and managing risk through timely referrals and interventions
Upholding the Council’s ASB policies and promoting equality and inclusion
What You’ll Bring
Experience in social housing and tenancy enforcement
Strong case management and legal drafting skills
Confidence in court representation and multi-agency collaboration
Emotional resilience and sensitivity when working with vulnerable individuals
Knowledge of safeguarding legislation and ASB case systems (e.g., Flare)

Flexibility to attend occasional evening/weekend meetings
