Hyde is looking for a Project Assistant to join our Portfolio Management team. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in real estate with great opportunities to learn on the job and develop skills and knowledge in portfolio transactions.

As a Project Assistant at Hyde, you will provide effective, efficient, and proactive project and administrative support to the Void Disposal Programme, Portfolio and Tenanted transactions. You will play a key role in ensuring information systems run smoothly, helping to implement new procedures, and supporting the team in promoting and publicising development activity.

Role

Provide effective and efficient project and administrative supporting on the void disposal programme, portfolio and tenanted transactions Manage, and maintain accurate information and input to various administrative, property and payment systems.
Input into implementing new procedures and practices to meet changing requirements.
Review of Compliance documentation to ensure they meet requirements and produce any gap analysis.
Attending meetings internal, produce meeting notes and actions and monitor/manage actions.
Structuring and populating data rooms/ShareFile with extensive document review and upload.
Essential skills + experience

Good to intermediate excel skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work flexibility and responsively to multiple project requirements simultaneously
Strong organisation and communication skills
Ability to engage with stakeholders
Ability to prepare clear and accurate information for inclusion in internal and external reporting
Understanding of property compliance certification (preferred)
