The Governors of St Thomas are looking to appoint a creative and enthusiastic teacher to join our school. The successful candidate should be willing to teach either in KS1 or KS2.
We have a wonderful opportunity for the right teacher to become part of our warm and vibrant team.
We are seeking to appoint a maternity cover teacher from January 2026
We are looking for an individual who:
- is an excellent classroom practitioner and is motivated to further develop themselves
- is committed to develop learners within a context of Christian values
- has excellent interpersonal skills with adults and pupils
- demonstrates positive and effective management of pupil welfare and conduct
- has energy and enthusiasm
The teacher appointed will have high standards and expectations in all areas of school life and will be committed to a teamwork approach. The candidate must be willing to contribute to the wider life of the school.
