Summary
As Service Team Manager for the Community Team, you will lead a borough-wide service supporting older people and adults with physical disabilities. You will: Champion strengths-based and person-centred practice. Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, responsive, and outcome-focused support. Manage complex casework including Court of Protection matters. Work collaboratively across health, housing, and voluntary sectors. Promote prevention, choice, and community connection. Contribute to RBWMs strategic priorities: building inclusive, healthy communities, delivering compassionate, high-quality services, and reducing health inequalities.
