Summary
We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced professional who may come from a teaching, training background or has previous experience of working with people to lead on compliance requirements at Truro and Penwith College.
Supporting the Director of Student Experience in this varied and impactful role, you’ll:
• Coordinate safeguarding compliance
• Serve as the College’s Data Protection Officer (training is provided)
• Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions across all sites
• Support staff and students with safeguarding concerns
• Liaise with external agencies and ensure policy and legal compliance
This role offers the chance to make a real difference across our college community. You’ll need excellent interpersonal skills; strong administration skills; a background in safeguarding or compliance, and the ability to deliver training both in-person and online.
