Our team works closely with organisations to bridge the gap between business needs and technology, ensuring systems are efficient, scalable, and future-ready.

We are now urgently seeking a Business Systems Analyst on behalf of one of our clients in the housing sector. This is a contract position with an immediate start, offering the chance to make a significant impact on business-critical systems.

The Role

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in evaluating, enhancing, and supporting the client’s housing and case management systems. Working in a collaborative, agile environment, you will:

Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders across the housing sector.
Assess existing CRM and case management systems to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Configure and optimise Zoho and other low-code platforms to meet operational needs.
Work with SQL databases to manage data structures, reporting, and integrations.
Develop wireframes and process flows to support solution design and decision-making.
Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, such as API Gateway and microservices.
Support system upgrades, migrations, and enhancements within a cloud environment (AWS or Azure).
Contribute to IT service management processes, working with tools such as Halo ITSM and Jira.

Essential Experience

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Strong hands-on experience with Zoho or similar low-code platforms.
Proven knowledge of SQL databases, reporting, and data management.
Background in CRM and case management systems, preferably in a housing context.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Desirable Skills

While not essential, the following will be advantageous:

Experience with housing associations, local authorities, or related housing systems.
Familiarity with Keystone, MRI Orchard, or Total Mobile Connect.
Technical skills in Python or similar programming languages.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and Data Lakehouse concepts.
Ability to work within Agile delivery environments using Atlassian tools.

Why Apply?

This is an urgent role requiring immediate availability, offering the opportunity to work on critical housing sector systems with a forward-thinking consultancy. If you are a UK-based Business Systems Analyst with proven Zoho and SQL expertise, this is your chance to take on a rewarding and impactful contract.
