Summary
Purpose:
Manage and oversee construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to required standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and project schedules.
Monitor construction progress and quality.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants.
Ensure compliance with contracts, regulations, and safety standards.
Skills & Qualifications:
Degree/diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction, or related field.
Strong project management and communication skills.
Knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and cost control.
