As a Projects Surveyor – Major Fire Projects at Hyde, you will play a vital role in delivering large-scale fire safety projects across our housing portfolio. You’ll be responsible for ensuring projects are well-planned, delivered to the highest compliance standards, and completed on time and within budget. Working with contractors, consultants, colleagues, and residents, you’ll help to ensure our homes remain safe while supporting funding applications for essential fire safety improvements.
Key Duties
Manage the delivery of major fire safety projects from inception through to completion.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and compliance, addressing risks or deviations promptly.
Work closely with contractors, consultants, and colleagues to ensure projects run efficiently.
Act as a key point of contact for residents, ensuring communication is clear and considerate.
Support funding applications and reporting by providing accurate technical and financial information.
