About the Role - Graduate ABA Tutor – SEN Support
An inclusive SEN school in Watford is looking for a Graduate ABA Tutor to join their dedicated team from September 2025. This is a full-time, term-time role where you’ll work closely with children and young people with autism and additional learning needs.
As an ABA Tutor, you will play a key role in helping pupils develop communication, independence, and social skills, while supporting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates who are passionate about SEN and eager to gain experience in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA).

• Delivering 1:1 and small group interventions using ABA techniques

• Working with teachers and therapists to implement tailored support plans
• Creating a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
What We’re Looking For - Graduate ABA Tutor – SEN Support
• Interest in or experience with Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA)
• Understanding of autism and SEN needs (training provided)
• Strong communication skills and a patient, adaptable nature
