About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Assembly Operative to join our production team on a temporary ongoing basis. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking stable, long-term temporary work with competitive pay.
Day-to-Day Duties:
• Assemble components and products accurately and efficiently, maintaining high-quality standards.
• Provide relief cover to other functions in the production areas after receiving appropriate training.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards at all times.
• Meet production targets while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Report any production or quality issues to supervisors and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Other tasks as needed within the production environment.
