Job Title: Counterbalance Forklift Operator
Location: Redditch
Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Must be open to afternoon shift as required)
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operator to join our team. This role is primarily based on a day shift (either 7–4 or 8–5), but flexibility to work afternoon shifts as needed is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently

  
  

• Load and unload goods

  
  

• Move stock to and from storage areas, production lines

  
  

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

  
  

• Assist with general duties as required

  
  

  Requirements:

  • Valid counterbalance forklift license/certification

    
    

  • Good attention to detail and accuracy

    
    

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    
    

  • Willingness to work afternoon shifts when required (e.g. to cover absences, increased workload, etc.)
