Summary

Gedling Borough Council is looking for Group Exercise Instructors to join our team at Redhill, Calverton & Carlton Forum Leisure Centres. We are looking for self-employed, experienced Group Exercise Instructors who have the knowledge and ability to teach classes such as:
Zumba (qualification required)
Group Cycle (qualification required)
Bums, Tums & Thighs
Studio Strength
Kickboxercise
KettleFit
HIIT
We are looking for instructors willing and available to take on both permanent classes and class cover. At our Centre's, we run an extensive and ever changing Group Exercise Timetable including both morning and evening classes.
Responsibilities:
Lead high-energy group exercise classes in accordance with established formats and schedules
Motivate and inspire participants to achieve their fitness goals through dynamic and engaging workouts
Provide safe and effective exercise instruction, offering modifications as needed to accommodate diverse fitness levels and abilities
Foster a positive and inclusive environment where all participants feel welcome and supported
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the studio space before and after classes
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to organize and manage classes.
Friendly and kind personality.
