About this Role
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Office Administrator to assist in the running of our busy school office for 20 hours a week, across 4 mornings 8.30 to 1.30 including INSET days. The successful candidate will have: Excellent interpersonal skills Possess a calm, courteous and professional manner especially when under pressureMaintain confidentiality at all times when dealing with parents and staffBe familiar with administration work in a busy office or school environment. Familiarity with school database packages would be an advantage. Have First Aid training or be willing to undertake training Have good numeracy and literacy skills Be used to working with children and members of the public Have strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise a wide ranging workload whilst adapting to the varying demands of pupils, parents and staff.
