Business Development Manager – UK & Ireland | Northwest (Field-Based / Remote Working) | Full Time | £38,000 per annum + Bonus

They are seeking a motivated and results-driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships and winning new business.
Are you the right person for the job?
• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Confidence in delivering product demonstrations and training courses
• Ability to generate and manage your own leads using a CRM system
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with strong organisational skills
• Flexibility to travel across the UK & Ireland as required
What will your role look like?
• Selling and promoting commissioning products and solutions across the UK & Ireland
• Managing both hire and sales processes to meet client needs
• Delivering on-site demonstrations to showcase our innovative, tech-driven solutions
• Proactively generating leads and tracking them using our CRM system
• Delivering engaging training courses for customers and stakeholders
• Travelling across the UK & Ireland
What can you expect in return?
• Basic salary of £38,000 per annum
• 5% bonus on sales to existing customers & 10% bonus on first orders from new customers
