Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for technology and a talent for driving new business?
We are a leading provider of advanced secure connectivity, network infrastructure, and Microsoft solutions, helping businesses stay agile, secure, and connected in a digital-first world. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for an experienced and strategic Business Development Manager to spearhead growth and open new doors in the B2B market.
Are you the right person for the job?
You’ll be a confident and proactive business developer, comfortable building relationships with decision-makers and identifying opportunities that deliver value and impact.
You will bring:
• A minimum of 3 years’ B2B sales experience, with a strong focus on new business development
• Proven success selling connectivity, telecoms, or network infrastructure solutions
• Solid understanding of technologies such as SD-WAN, MPLS, Ethernet, leased lines, cloud connectivity, and managed services
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• The ability to build and manage a pipeline, close deals, and achieve targets
• A self-starter attitude with a results-driven mindset and genuine passion for technology
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
What will your role look like?
• Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities across target sectors
• Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and industry events
• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and tailored proposals
• Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to design bespoke connectivity and infrastructure solutions
• Negotiate and close deals that align with company goals and customer needs
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and report on performance
